Beyonce' had quite the busy Thursday in NYC.  She first chatted it up with the ladies of The View also performing 1 + 1 and Top 20 single Best Thing I Never Had.  Then later that day she hit up Jimmy Fallon where she also performed Best Thing I Never Had with The Roots backing her!  She then chatted it up with Fallon about #1 album 4, her musical evolution and her hubby Jay-Z.
