He's At IT Again: Cubby Does 'Run The World (Girls)'

Chubby, one of Beyonce's many loyal fans, paid tribute to, 'Run The World'.  Chubby became quite the star after he's, 'Single Ladies' tribute.  He even made it onto B's World Tour DVD.
