Jay-Z Set to Roc South by Southwest

Jay will be performing at South by Southwest, again this year.  This is Jay's second year in a row performing at the annual festival.  Jay will be partnering with American Express for the "Amex Sync Show," which will air live from SXSW at Austin City Limits on March 12 at 7 p.m. CST -- the show will be live-streamed on YouTube and will be rebroadcast on-demand from March 13-19.
