Beyonce' Continues her B'Day Celebration on a Yacht in Venice with Jay & Gwyneth

B is continuing her 30th birthday celebration in Venice.  She was spotted on a Yacht with hubby Jay-Z and good friend Gwyneth Paltrow who gave B a ring for her birthday.  Glad to see she's enjoying herself.
