Queen B in The City: Beyonce' Was Snapped Out & About in NYC

Queen B (and Baby Carter) was snapped in NYC yesterday after a little pampering.  She met up with Mama Tina and both got manicures and pedicures.  B's still the flyest pregnant woman on the planet!!!
