The return of summer means the return of one of my favorite shows: True Blood. It's action packed adventure that takes you into love triangles, friendships & family circles, hardships and life in the world of Bon Temps which is a magnet for the supernatural.
Take a look at the trailer below. Hmm... wonder if the trailer means a return of Russell Edgington, former Vampire King of Mississippi. Could get very interesting for Bill, Eric and Sookie.

Political Minded: President Obama's State Of The Union Address is a Grand Slam; First Lady Stuns in Tfank
Our POTUS gave a rousing speech last night, his best State Of The Union Address yet. In it he outlined his Blueprint for America. He also stated his many accomplishments: 22 straight months of job growth, The End of The Iraq War, Healthcare Reform, The Auto Industry Bailout (GM is once again #1 in the world) and more.
It's all about Jobs, Tax Reform/Tax Equality, Clean Energy and the continued redevelopment of our manufacturing industry.
In his State of the Union Address, the President laid out a blueprint for an economy that’s built to last – an economy built on American manufacturing, American energy, skills for American workers, and a renewal of American values.
The President believes this is a make or break moment for the middle class and those trying to reach it. What’s at stake is the very survival of the basic American promise that if you work hard, you can do well enough to raise a family, own a home, and put a little away for retirement.
The defining issue of our time is how to keep that promise alive. No challenge is more urgent; no debate is more important. We can either settle for a country where a shrinking number of people do really well, while more Americans barely get by. Or we can build a nation where everyone gets a fair shot, everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same rules. At stake right now are not Democratic or Republican values, but American values – and for the sake of our future, we have to reclaim them.
Watch the entire State Of The Union Address here, the President was very inspiring, now let's hope Congress does their part!!

There is no choice!! There is no option!! Willard Mitt Romney and the Evil that is Newt Gingrich aren't the way to America's future. Their ideas are a warped way of thinking and will bring America back to a time that no America is proud of!! Their ideologies are the reasons why we and our country are in that state we are in now.
America's inequalities, both socially and economically will be her greatest downfall.
Don't fall for the hype!!! Remember who started this mess we are in!! Don't be fooled.
Watch the president discuss the State of Our Union!! And support him so that our country can continue moving in the right direction!!!!
Do your homework!!! The economy is improving!! The manufacturing industry is improving!! Over 22 months of private sector job growth, the President has created more jobs in his three years in office than Bush did in eight years!! Health Care passed!!! Auto Industry Saved!! Bin Laden!! Libya!! Don't Ask, Don't Tell, Gone!! Iraq War Over!! And these are just a few of his many accomplishments!!

"This is a huge loss. Etta James was one of the greatest vocalists of our time. I am so fortunate to have met such a queen. Her musical contributions will last a lifetime. Playing Etta James taught me so much about myself, and singing her music inspired me to be a stronger artist. When she effortlessly opened her mouth, you could hear her pain and triumph. Her deeply emotional way of delivering a song told her story with no filter. She was fearless, and had guts. She will be missed."

Solange Talks Music & Life in V Magazine
Solange Knowles doesn’t mince words. “There are a lot of songs about sex,” she says of her new album, a personal project she funded and managed herself. “It’s the kind of record you put on when your man is coming over, when you’re with your girls. There are songs that make you wanna dance because we were kind of partying our way through the record, but it’s very chill.” Knowles worked with a few new friends on the album, forgoing the major label route to make a statement that is entirely her own. Along the way, she found a fated collaborator in Blood Orange’s Devonte “Dev” Hynes. “Dev was a complete surprise, his role changed substantially throughout the process,” she says of the rising star, who wound up producing most of the record. “It’s very rare that you work with someone with whom you have this creative chemistry, it’s almost like a relationship. You have a sort of musical love affair.”

Beyonce' Becomes Science; New Species of Fly Named in Her Honor
Via: prodocom.com: A previously un-named species of horse fly whose appearance is dominated by its glamorous golden lower abdomen has been named in honour of American pop diva, Beyoncé – a member of the former group Destiny’s Child, that recorded the 2001 hit single, Bootylicious.
According to the Australian National Insect Collection researcher responsible for officially ‘describing’ the fly as Scaptia (Plinthina) beyonceae, CSIRO’s Bryan Lessard, the fly’s spectacular gold colour makes it the “all time diva of flies”.
“It was the unique dense golden hairs on the fly’s abdomen that led me to name this fly in honour of the performer Beyoncé as well as giving me the chance to demonstrate the fun side of taxonomy – the naming of species,” Mr Lessard said.

Royal News: Blue Ivy Carter Becomes the Youngest Person to Chart on Billboard
Just like her Mommy and Daddy, Blue is a history maker!!
Try within hours of her birth.
Blue Ivy Carter, the bundle of joy brought into the world by megastarBeyoncé (with a little help from fellow famous dad Jay-Z) Saturday (Jan. 7), becomes the youngest person ever credited with gracing a Billboard chart, as Jay-Z's newly-recorded studio cut "Glory" -- officially billed as "featuring B.I.C.," an abbreviation of Blue Ivy Carter -- begins on R&B/Hip-Hop Songs at No. 74. (For historical purposes, this week's Billboard charts are dated Jan. 21).
Taking a page out of Stevie Wonder's proverbial book on how to be a sentimental musical dad, Jay-Z recorded his precious girl's first seconds of life -- her breathing, cries and coos -- just as Wonder did on his iconic song "Isn't She Lovely," written for his then-newborn daughter Aisha.
