Video Fresh: Kelly Talks to E! About Blue Ivy; Says "She's More Precious Than a Diamond"

Kelly was interviewed by E! and of course she talked about her niece, Jay and B's, precious Blue Ivy.  She gushed about Blue calling her, "more precious than a diamond, just so stunning."  She also said she's over the moon for the Carters.  B's in mommyville and Jay's in daddyville.
