Mr. Carter was in full Mogul Mode (B was of course at home with baby Blue) on Wednesday night at the grand reopening of his flagship, 40/40 Club in Chelsea.  The new look is super chic!! It's High Class...the only way Hov does it.

Out to celebrate with Jay was billionaire Warren Buffett, good friends Swizz Beatz and Irv Gotti along with a host of others.
