Halloween's a time when we get to dress up and be whoever or whatever we want to be for a day. Well the celebs are no different, they too, enjoy getting to be whoever or whatever they want to b and, they spent this weekend like the rest of us enjoying the fantasy, that is Halloween. NYC was of course a hot spot, it was home to Heidi and Seal's Annual Halloween Bash, attended by Ashanti, Ice-T & CoCo, Kim K and a host of others. Janet also partied it up in NY at Lanvin Boutique's, Halloween Extrganza. She was dressed in true gangsta fashion.
