Kelly Rowland, like the rest of Hip Hop & R&B's Royals, wound up in Vegas over the holiday weekend. She spent the actual New Year, in MIA, her current place of residence. While in Vegas she performed and then partied it up at the
Mirage, in
All Black Everything. She was her usual beautiful.
