Beyonce Knowles Ooh La La! Beyonce and Jay-Z garner attention from fans as they arrive back at their hotel in Paris. Beyonce is currently promoting her new single "Girls (Who Run The World)" in Europe. There is speculation that the couple may perform at the Royal Wedding later this week.
