We all know one of the special V'Day gifts Beyoncé got from Mr. Carter.  It was reported last week that Jay gave B an early Valentine's Day gift, The Promise Bracelet by Tacori.

The gold and silver stunner, retails for $2,300---chump change for Hov, but it's the sentiment that counts.
