The Diet of A Pop Queen: Tofu, Turkey & Hummus

So that's how Gaga stays fit physically and mentally.  She makes sure that she energizes her body with the right combo of healthy foods and whole grains.  Also on her strict diet according to Laurie Ann Gibson, her legendary choreographer, is salsa with whole grain chips and coconut water.
