Hurricane Earl Moves Up to A Category 4

Although not female that doesn't mean that Earl can't be just as destructive.  Today his growing power prompted warnings from FEMA to Puerto Rico, The U.S. Virgin Islands and even the Eastern Coast.  There are no warnings for the U. S. Mainland, however FEMA said that there could still be extreme weather for states up and down the East Coast.

By Monday Earl reached a Cat 4 with winds up to 135 mph (215 kph).
