Jay's Made In America Documentary has finally found a home. It'll makes it debut on Showtime October 11. MTV reports:
"Made in America" is shot by famed director Ron Howard and chronicles Jay creating the Made in America music festival last year in Philly.
"It's bigger than just a concert," says Hov in the film. "We all have the same struggles and the same dreams." The multi-genre show featured the likes of Pearl Jam, Drake, Tyler, the Creator, Run D.M.C. and of course, Jay-Z. Many of the acts give their commentary about the importance of the festival including Rita Ora and Skrillex.The doc will first premiere at the Toronto Film Festival in September. Another power mover for Mr. Carter...nice move Hov!
