King James, Hate Him Or Love Him, First Practice With The Heat, He's Focused Man!

The red hot HEAT had their first official practice and it was serious!  They practiced for two hours and the focus was all on defense, no offense. ESPN reports LeBron was focused and intense. There was no playing around. Wade says, they're going to be competitive both in practice and during the game.

The three superstars (James, Wade & Bosh) practiced in separate units (4-on-4 drills) and played against each other.  LeBron's team won.  Still King James, even among the elite. Team president, Pat Riley calls it (training camp), "the process."  The major focus for the next five days will be for the team to mesh, build defense, connect and gear up for the Take Over.

Mr. James took the practice serious and was in season mode.  Looks like he can see the crown and that could be dangerous, for real!  This is going to be some season!  Fingers crossed for a 24 -vs- 6 Finals in June.

LeBron also let all the players who had something to say about him, during the off season, that he hasn't forgotten what they said.  And that he's sure that all the HATE will lead towards wins.
