Today Dewayne Carter will celebrate his B'Day at Riker's Island. According to MTV (via Sway on Sunday's Sucker Free Countdown) to insure that both he and his loyal followers are n'sync on his born day, he will digitally release I Am Not A Human Being. He will release it in its physical form on October 12.
The LP was his last full work of art before he entered Riker's Island. It is said to be a prequel to his highly anticipated The Carter IV, which has been pushed back to early 2011. The pushed back date should give Wayne enough time to get his thoughts together, as I'm sure his time incarcerated has given him more than enough time to reminisce about his past, present and future. He's also been writing down his rhymes in a notebook while at Riker's.
The 10 Tracks for I Am Not A Human Being were initially intended for The Carter IV. Wayne's manager (Cortez Bryant) says he will start from scratch for the album, which is expected to drop in 2011's First Quarter.

I Am Not A Human Being, which is scheduled to be released digitally on his birthday, September 27. Weezy's manager, Cortez Bryant, recently told Spin.comthat Human Being will be a full-length release, instead of an EP, featuring tracks that were initially slated for Carter IV. "I know once he got out [of jail] those songs would be so old to him," Bryant said.
