Kim was the first to let the world know that Kourtney and Scott's baby girl had finally arrived. With a simple tweet: Welcome to the world, Penelope Scotland Disick!
Penelope was born early Sunday morning at LA's famed, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center according to E! --weighing 7 lbs., 14 oz., and was delivered via natural birth.
"Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives. We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably," said Kourtney in a statement to E! News.
Penelope will be joining big brother Mason in the Kardashian-Disick household.
