Grammy Fevah: Jay-Z Picks Up #14; "Otis" Wins Grammy for Best Rap Performance


Congratulations to Jay-Z, who picked up his fourteenth Grammy last night.  Jay and Ye won Best Rap Performance for Otis off their critically acclaimed Watch The Throne album.
