B attended Day 2 of Jay's sold out Carnegie Hall Show.  And of course, she was photo shoot fresh, looking like wealth! ;)

Queen Carter sparkled in a black sequin Monique Lhuiller dress and once again wore blue nails and blue Loraine Schwartz jewerly, to rep her baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter.  So sweet.  Love My Carters!!!
