Jay hosted a Super Bowl victory party at his 40/40 Club in NYC Friday night. Fans were surprised and in awe as he walked through his newly renovated Manhattan hot spot. Mr. Carter also released the first photos of his baby girl Blue on his and B's websites Friday evening.
