Our FLOTUS Shows Fallon How It's Done: First Lady Michelle Obama Challenges Jimmy Fallon

Here's a tip: never challenge Michelle Obama to a push-up contest.
Ellen DeGeneres made that mistake once and Jimmy Fallon made it last night.
The late-night host filmed a segment, which aired during Tuesday night's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," where he visits the White House to raise awareness for the Let's Move campaign against childhood obesity.

Perhaps unwisely, Jimmy agrees to a series of physical fitness competitions with the first lady. He's all confidence when walking out in a head-to-toe blue lycra ensemble with an exceptionally tight inseam, paired with white high-top sneaks and a patriotic striped sweatband. But Michelle vetoes his Jane Fonda-esque workout outfit... and it's all downhill from there.
The first lady beats him in push-ups, chucks a ball in his face during dodgeball (played in a room that we're assuming is filled with historic paintings and plenty of breakables -- risky business, FLOTUS) and bests him in a ridiculous-looking sack race set to the "Chariots of Fire" theme song.
Then, when it's all over, Michelle gets to wear a gold medal. Because she's awesome and sadly, Jimmy is not.

Bonus, FLOTUS on Ellen:
